Project Coordinator - Senior Level (Closed)
• Support MPAC in the management of a multi-intelligence discipline portfolio that includes a wide range of topics and issues that span one or more analysis, collection or core enabling functions (e.g. info sharing, technology)
• Plan, lead and complete complex projects that span one or more analysis, collection or core enabling functions
• Conduct in-depth assessment of capabilities in support of decision making throughout the System Development Lifecycle model
• Support the development and implementation of analysis, collection and core enabling function strategies for the NIMs and DMI/MPAC leadership
• Recommend innovative technical solutions to enhance analysis, collection and core enabling function activities in order to meet national intelligence priorities and close gaps
• Support the preparation, production and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members and policy makers, military decision makers, members of Congress and other major stakeholders on analysis, collection and core enabling functions
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level degree
• 10 Years Relevant Work Experience
• Minimum 7 Years of IC Work Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in the review and application of the IC program planning documents to mission activities. Such documents could include the National Intelligence Strategy, Consolidated Intelligence Guidance or other policy and planning documents
• Significant demonstrated knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organizations’ roles and capabilities regarding analysis, collection and core enabling functions
