Program Manager / Delivery Lead (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Program Manager / Delivery Lead for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

  • This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost. They assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
  • Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
  • Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
  • Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
  • Ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio.
