Job Description:

  • Equities Parameters group provides regional and global technology solutions for our business and technology partners across capital markets where we need including Global Markets Operations, covering transaction processing, settlements, and asset servicing for equities and fixed income products.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and seasoned Program Manager. You will be responsible for Program & Project management of complex and time-critical projects in the Equities domain and other cross asset horizontals to achieve business objectives. You will partner stakeholders from business, technology, and operations; working closely with regional and global development teams to deliver a large book of work that includes business enablement, regulatory, risk, and efficiency initiatives. You will be leading and promote change within the teams to organize, plan and deliver changes effectively.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years’ of technology change governance experience with strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking
  • Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development and delivery through multi-disciplined Scrum teams; especially knowledge of Product Owner and Scrum Master roles
  • Experience in launching and / or supporting a global and distributed teams and stable holders.
  • Ability Leads a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact within the group.
  • Develop project plans, major tasks, and milestones using scope, resources, budget, and personnel as criteria
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout project life cycle
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence vertically and laterally
  • Ability to lead diverse technology teams in a distributed organization

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with stakeholders (business, compliance, Ops and technology partners at all levels) to define business objectives, document requirements, Secure funding, track risks & issues, and manage communications on project updates.
  • Coordinate and perform detailed business analysis. Develop functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with global development teams to implement requirements.
  • Drive and participate in design, development, and implementation.
  • Manage the product backlog and balance conflicting business / technology priorities.
  • Develop project plans, manage risks, escalate issues, and ensure quality control through the project life cycle in accordance to enterprise change policy.
  • Manage steering/working group routines, Project financial management and PMO reporting.
