Program Manager (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Program Manager for our client in Jersey City, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Program Manager responsible for oversight of OPEX Policy Horizontal Program consisting of two multi-year projects, Policy Platform and Data Architecture and Regulatory Change Sourcing. Work closely with OPEX Program and Project Managers. Communicate and interact with a diverse stakeholder group both vertically and horizontally to drive the multi-year initiative projects to conclusion. Accountable for developing plans to deliver future-state approaches and facilitate implementation.

Primary Skill:

• Net, SQL Server, Mulesoft, Cognos/Tableau reporting and artificial intelligence.

Required Skills:

• 5+ plus years of program management experience preferably in financial services technology. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Strong business-centric mindset with ability to tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks are mitigated. Ability to connect business outcomes with operational and technological considerations. Strong detail orientation and a willingness to synthesize diverse ideas into tangible action plans. Insight to identify gaps and execution risks and escalate as appropriate. Ability to effectively navigate a matrixed organization. Strong ability to establish relationships with partners and peers across teams in order to achieve optimal results. Strong ability to influence and lead diverse groups to achieve desired results. Strong analytical skills. Strong communications and MS Project, Power Point and Excel skills. Ability to work independently to set and manage plans and achieve results. Highly organized and able to effectively multi-task and plan/manage deliverables.
