Production / Engineering Support (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Production Support Specialist for our client in Pennington, New Jersey, Charlotte, North Carolina, OR Richardson, Texas. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• This is critical position that provides engineering support to Channels Clients platforms. Not location critical and can work from home.
• Provide technical assistance based on the research of current software and operating system service packs, patches, updates and fixes for desktop
• Recommend, evaluate & document Operating System level standards, IE standards, GPO requests

Required Skills:

• Experience in the planning and implementation of remote software deployment to customer's desktop via Active Directory, CA or SCCM with minimal disruption
• Work with project managers on global projects with a focus on technical design, risk assessment, timing and benefits;Work with business subject matter experts and key stakeholders to successfully integrate their solutions and objectives on to our platform;Provide desktop management automation through scripting to provide consistent and predictable services
• Scripting languages, deployment tool experience, desktop migration experience, windows engineering, GPO, AD etc

Desired Skills:

• CM, Windows 10 RS5 Migrations, GPO, Hardware settings and OS customizations; product Integration, bank/other financial experience
