Production Support (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Production Support Specialist for our client in Richardson, TX OR Chandler, AZ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Part of IT production support team providing second tier technical support to end users responding to issues related to Problem/Incident Management, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Production Governance related to issues. Communicates with management the overall status and health of the application. Looks for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability. Performs trouble shooting analysis, research and resolution.

Required Skills:

• Basic .NET Experience
• SharePoint Knowledge.
• Production Support(L2/L3) experience.
• Ticketing Tool Experience (preferably REMEDY).
• Issue triaging.
• Disaster Recovery Exercise Experience.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Expert in Office products

Desired Skills:

• Microsoft Access
• SQL Management Tool.
• Mainframe Experience (good to have).
• Remedy Expertise
• Nexus Expertise
• Some Bank of America Loan Processing Experience
