SkillStorm is seeking a Product / Business Analyst for our client in Addison, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Job Description:
- Product Analyst supporting Network File Shares
- The Product/Business Analyst role will support the Productivity Platform team with the planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for a critical service offering, Network File Share. The analyst will play a key role in assisting the Network File Share Product Management team with tactical and strategic efforts. The tactical and strategic focus will be on several areas - including documentation, research, responding to client inquiries, identifying areas for operational and process improvements and reporting and tracking and general assistance.
The Job Duties Will Include:
- Assisting Product Owner in the development, review and update of online training material including FAQs, how-to instructions, and productivity tips
- Assisting Product Owner in the development, review and update of governance materials including product standards/policies, use agreements, best practices, guidelines, etc.
- Acting as liaison between the end user and the functional/strategic Network File Share TEAMS (Engineering, Storage Operations, Access Management, Access Review, Product Management and Support).
- Partnering with the Business Relation Managers (BRMs) and Network File Share TEAMS for client outreach where needed (lunch & learn sessions, brown bag presentations, TechConnect Pop-ups, business engagements, office hours, etc.)
- Responding to product support inquiries received via email, IM or discussion board.
- Identifying and addressing support trends in the user community
Required Skills:
- 5+ years product/business analysis experience a MUST.
- Knowledge of collaboration and productivity platforms, preferably with unstructured data platforms.
- Superior communication and facilitation skills a MUST. Must be able to verbally present to large audiences virtually in a well-spoken and concise manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a high-demand environment.
- Strong business-centric mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage complex priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to produce meaningful data analysis, pivot charts, reports, etc.
- Excellent written and presentation skills; ability to produce clear/concise documents, presentations, etc.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results.
