Product Analyst (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking a Product Analyst for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC.
- Job Duties:
- Will assist Product Managers in the development of training materials including users guides, FAQs, how-to instructions, and tips
- Working with the Business Relation Managers (BRMs) and Email teams for client outreach where needed (lunch & learn sessions, brown bag presentations, business engagements, etc.)
- Partnering with the various teams to help develop and manage the communications and marketing plans and artifacts
- Maintaining/updating support scripts (Knowledge Base Articles)
- Will assist in answering support questions received via e-mail, IM or discussion board in SharePoint
- Identify and address support trends in the user community
- Act as liaison between the end user and the e-mail teams
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of combined technical and analytical experience, preferably with a focus in Outlook/E-mail
- Strong documentation writing skills
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex situations/inputs and communicate it via clear/concise documents, presentations, etc.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Strong business-centric mindset with ability to use sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive desired business outcomes.
- High level of proficiency with client tools and processes including, but not limited to MS Project, PPRT, PCM, SharePoint, and MS office.
- Ability to collaborate in complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior communication, influencing, and facilitation skills a MUST.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong business-centric mindset with ability to use sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive desired business outcomes.
- Ability to manage complex priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of product management discipline, including product development, testing and deployment
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results.
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in Outlook 2013, PST files and Office products
- Experience on large, enterprise-scale initiatives
- SharePoint designing experience a plus
- Develop and conduct product training and/or FAQs
- Solid business analytical skills is a must
- Financial industry experience desired
- Excellent Team player
- Experience with the following Data Migration Tools, SharePoint Site Design, SharePoint WorkFlow, ETL, Policy Consulting, Executive Presentation, Designing and Creating Reports, Excel and Visio preferred
