Principal Integration Developer (Closed)

Job Description
In this role, you will work with clients to understand business requirements, gather information about various source systems, and build the actual integrations which connects their data sources together. As an integration’s developer, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment to manage competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and deliver high quality work. This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) applications for internal company use and for clients. In addition, this position will take on the responsibility for:

Essential Functions:
• Advise on architectural strategies and best practice approaches.
• Provide regular updates of project progress and outstanding issues.
• Participate in the design and planning of projects in conjunction with the external partners, other IT, and business users.
• Personal and Team Development
• Contribute to team development through support and collaboration with remote team members. System and data analysis, architecture, and design
• Data integration and workflow design
• Software development, configuration and customization
• On-Site and Post implementation support

Job Requirements:
• Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
• Proficiency using versioning tools: GIT, GNU, RCS, SCCS, CVS, SVN, Mercurial, Monotone, etc
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Flexible team player
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
• Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle
• Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language preferably JAVA
• Proficiency in database knowledge in; SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, dBase, MS Access, etc
• Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
• Proficiency using in ESB tools
• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
• Proficiency in Web Services (REST); Groovy, XSLT or JAXB, Hibernate, and Spring Framework
• Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP) XML, and Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width)



- Contract only - 100% remote

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of healthcare payer side transactions and integrations.
Knowledge of ICD, HIPAA, CMS , Interoperability mandates
Knowledge of Orchestration engines, BPM, Complex Event Processing
Knowledge of gateways, X12, FHIR, HL7,HIE, EMR systems
Knowledge of Machine learning package software, ML algorithms & libraries and E2E data science lifecycle

HIGHLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Various Domain experience; Health Care, Financial, etc
• Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
8+ years of Integration experience for ESB applications

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or relevant work experience
Relevant Development certifications
