SkillStorm is seeking a Pega / Robotics Developer for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Required Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with mature understanding of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) concepts
- Total IT experience – minimum of 5 years
- 3 years of experience in UiPath Robotic Process Automation platform and development
- 3 years of knowledge in UiPath automating applications working with MS Office, Windows, Web, Mainframe, AS400 – Preferably in Financial Domain
- Preferable Hands-On RPA tool experience using UiPath
- Understanding of RPA infrastructure platform
- Good understanding of Attended vs. Unattended Robotics Implementations
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Citrix environment with RPA Tools
- Nice to have: Knowledge of OCR tools (ABBYY FlexiCapture, ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, MS MODI, etc.)
- Nice to have: Prior C#/ASP.NET or Java experience (MS Visual Studio)
- Nice to have: Knowledge of other automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc
- Plus: Experience with UiPath Automation Suite products: Process Mining, Automation Hub, Insights Business Intelligence and Dashboards, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Task Mining, Task Capture, Studio Family, Test Manager, Tester
- Individual contributor who can create and deliver quality deliverables with little to no supervision
- Knowledge of financial industry
- Creative and flexible in identifying technical solutions to resolve business problems in a rapidly changing, demanding and complex business environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms, and systems
- Role requires individuals to be open minded, able to make sound decisions without having all the facts
Desired Skills:
- Ability to meet and manage tight and changing deadlines and priorities.
