SkillStorm is seeking a Pega / Robotics Developer for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

  • Comfortable creating proof of concepts and demos to showcase the capabilities of a tool or product
  • Ensures delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed
  • Provides support and technical governance focused on one or more projects
  • Act as the mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks
  • Build strong relationships and influence with team members.

Required Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with mature understanding of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) concepts
  • Total IT experience – minimum of 5 years
  • 3 years of experience in UiPath Robotic Process Automation platform and development
  • 3 years of knowledge in UiPath automating applications working with MS Office, Windows, Web, Mainframe, AS400 – Preferably in Financial Domain
  • Preferable Hands-On RPA tool experience using UiPath
  • Understanding of RPA infrastructure platform
  • Good understanding of Attended vs. Unattended Robotics Implementations
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Citrix environment with RPA Tools
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of OCR tools (ABBYY FlexiCapture, ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, MS MODI, etc.)
  • Nice to have: Prior C#/ASP.NET or Java experience (MS Visual Studio)
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of other automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc
  • Plus: Experience with UiPath Automation Suite products: Process Mining, Automation Hub, Insights Business Intelligence and Dashboards, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Task Mining, Task Capture, Studio Family, Test Manager, Tester
  • Individual contributor who can create and deliver quality deliverables with little to no supervision
  • Knowledge of financial industry
  • Creative and flexible in identifying technical solutions to resolve business problems in a rapidly changing, demanding and complex business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms, and systems
  • Role requires individuals to be open minded, able to make sound decisions without having all the facts

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to meet and manage tight and changing deadlines and priorities.
