SkillStorm is seeking a Pega Developer for our client in Jersey City, NJ OR Charlotte, NC OR Addison, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Day To Day Responsibilities Of The Role:

• Responsible for developing and delivering software requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Code solutions, unit test, and ensure solutions can be integrated successfully into the overall system. Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements. Participates and guide team in estimating work necessary to complete stories/requirements. Develop proof of concepts as necessary to mitigate risk and implement new ideas

Required Skills / Experience / Education:

• Should have 7 plus years relevant experience
• BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in Pega PRPC -Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting
• PCSA ( Pega Certified System Architect) certification
• Should have hands on experience PRPC lifecycle - design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 8.x
• Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
• Strong debugging capabilities
• Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Case Management, Client Life cycle Management(CLM) a plus
• Experience in J2EE application development is a plus
• Experience in RPA, AI, ML, NLP is a plus
• Exposure to financial services industry and Anti Money Laundering (AML) is a plus
• Pega Case management (Client Life cycle Management(CLM) a plus)
• J2EE application development
• Agile
