Operations Support II (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for our client in Jacksonville, Florida. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Position Summary:

  • Individual contributor supporting Consumer, Small Business & Wealth Management Technology COO Risk organization supporting the Technology Risk/Issue Management team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with individuals at various levels to troubleshoot and assist with remediation of risk related items
  • Aggregate various components of data and performs follow-up on outstanding items
  • Perform trend/gap analysis related to multiple audit items
  • Remediate gaps to reduce risk
  • Perform weekly deliverable uploads to a portal used by application owners to complete work
  • Develop reporting
  • Perform Quality Assurance for deliverables

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail, accuracy and understanding prioritization within an environment where majority of issues are a priority
  • Ability to identify, escalate, and debate risk
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
