Operations Support I (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking an Operations Support position for our client in Jacksonville, Florida. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Position Summary:
- Individual contributor supporting Consumer, Small Business & Wealth Management Technology COO Risk organization supporting the Technology Risk/Issue Management team. Key responsibilities include: administrative work with meeting coordination, development of agendas, compiling meeting minutes and driving accountability of critical deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail, accuracy and understanding prioritization within an environment where majority of issues are a priority
- Ability to identify, escalate, and debate risk
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines

- Intermediate SharePoint skills
- Intermediate Word skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables)
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills
