Operations Support (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Required Skills:

• This candidate will have experience designing and developing training modules. They will need assessment, curriculum and instructional writing experience.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Sound decision making and organizational skills
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
• Facilitation/Presentation 3 years
• Process Design Consultant and Strong Soft Skills 3 years
• Banking technology experience is not mandatory but preferred
