Network / System Engineer V (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Solutions Engineer for our client in Addison, Texas. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• The Solutions Engineer will partner with LOB execs and internal GIS teams to deliver multi-year transformational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with CST IAM leadership to translate enterprise product roadmaps in specific deliverables
• Understand impact of the transformational deliverables, communicate impact to stakeholders and design mechanisms to minimize impact
• Partner with LOB execs to define timelines and set up routines to track progress against timelines
• Manage large multi-generational product launches
• C-level Program Metrics: Definitions, coverage, effectiveness, efficiency, risk thresholds, KRI/KPI
• Accountability and Management of associated dashboards, sustainability/change processes and executive-level reporting
• Advisory of IAM product roadmaps for GIS / LOB Leadership in close partnership with architecture group
• Influence to ensure alignment & effective prioritization of Product Roadmaps to IAM Strategy

Specific Skillsets:

• Experience with Venafi Certificate Management
• Solution and Infrastructure Admin role
• Practical knowledge of PKI concepts and TLS digital certificate management processes.
• Good overall network/application/server security background

• Strong knowledge of Venafi Machine Protection Solution.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Participates in project calls and works with internal bank groups as well as LOB to gather detailed technical requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
• Excellent leadership skills and qualities which enable you to network and lead within the organization through influence and subject matter expertise
• Thorough understanding of IAM technologies and solutions
• Deep understanding of the principles of privileged and production access
• Strong discipline regarding enforcement of access management core principles
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial services regulatory and legal environment
• Ability to clearly communicate technical and business issues and solutions effectively to business or technical staff across organizational layers
