SkillStorm is seeking an Operations Analyst for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina, Richardson, Texas, OR Pennington, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Exchange Operations consultant will be responsible to deliver Exchange online for Enterprise. Manage operational issues related to Exchange infrastructure and work on identifying solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist administration teams with troubleshooting network/server issues and testing of system related issues
• Provide operational support for Exchange infrastructure
• Maintain Exchange Operationally, with monitoring utilizing SCOM and Routine On-Call Rotation required availability and flexibility
• Troubleshoot Root Cause Exchange mail flow issues for multiple client environment
• Work in a collaborative environment via Skype, WebEx, or Teams
• Participate in scheduled maintenance of the OS and applications.
• Automate & enhance operational routines
• Maintain operational process documentation

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3 or more years of working in a technical operations role
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL standards and practices

Description:

• Operations Application Analyst is responsible for the effective and successful management of the retention, supervision and discovery of electronic communications for regulated lines of business. This responsibility includes ensuring application availability and performance meet or exceed the needs of our business partners. It also includes enablement of and adherence to regulatory requirements as established and enforced by various governmental regulatory bodies. Operational Analysts serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and provide technical support for the business partners that use the retention and supervision platforms. That support includes enhancement of the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced management reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and timely remediation of system health and performance events
• Following documented processes to complete business-as-usual task
• Collaboration with Engineering and Operations teammates
• Collaboration with supported lines of business
• Collaboration with vendors and outside technical support teams
• Effective communication with clients, team and management
• Effective management of workloads based on priority and urgency
• Creation and maintenance of knowledge base and procedural documentation
• Adherence to Operational and Service Level Agreements
• Adherence to regulatory compliance requirements
• Adherence to ITIL standards and practices

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3 or more years of working in a technical operations role
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL standards and practices
• Proven problem solving skills
• Proven analytical skills
• Proven communication skills on a technical and non-technical level
• Proven process documentation skills
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and internet browsers
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
• Ability to participate with on-call support rotations
