Network Engineer / Operations Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Network Engineer / Operations Analyst for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Mobile Development Operations & Analytics is seeking an Operations Analyst to support equipment management for Mobile Development’s Apple ecosystem. Equipment management will encompass oversight of acquisition, maintenance, refresh, and disposal of equipment under Mobile’s lease agreement with Apple, Inc. In addition to equipment management, individual will be responsible for maintenance of the Mobile Development Lab and will share operational support responsibilities with the rest of Mobile’s Apple support team including managing off-hours / on-call cycles.
•  Incumbent will:
  • Develop a Refresh schedule & related process
  • Maintain equipment inventory for all Mobile Development hardware
  • Develop and implement a service model for Mobile Development’s equipment
  • Manage the Apple Lease agreement
  • Provide financial forecasts as driven by the enterprise planning cycle
  • Dispose of equipment following Information Security, Environmental, and financial guidelines
  • Manage the Mobile Development Lab and all related infrastructure
  • Initiate process improvement activities as appropriate
  • Support on-call shifts as part of the team rotation for same
  • Be able to identify, analyze, & resolve chronic issues found in the environment
  • Be proactive, organized, and work with a sense of urgency

Required Skills:

• Hands on involvement with Workspace One/Jamf
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Understanding of enterprise financial planning and reporting concepts
• Ability to build, implement and manage new processes
