.NET / Angular Developer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a .NET / Angular Developer for our client in Addison, TX OR Chicago, IL OR Washington DC OR Denver, CO. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The Cyber Security Technology (CST) function within Global Information Security is responsible for innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, deployment maintenance and support of information technology security controls. The CST team is also responsible for the management of the program/project management teams.

• In this role, you will be using the experience you have gained throughout your career to assist in the design, development, and implementation of various complex applications. • Whether you are building applications from scratch, de-bugging existing code, or collaborating with various teams/team-members, for example, your skills will be tested and your knowledge-base will grow as you rise to meet the challenges.

Desired Skills:

• Previous Application Programming/Development experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-volume, multi-tiered, distributed transactional applications
• Deep knowledge designing and implementing RESTful Web APIs on recent .NET Framework versions
• Deep knowledge designing and implementing Event Based integration services using Message Brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Deep understanding of Functional Programming, Domain Driven Design, and Consumer Driven Contracts, Clean Architecture
• Proficient with API instrumentation, resiliency, caching, modularity
• Proficient with API Security Frameworks (oAuth, JWT, etc.)
• Proficient with API documentation tools (Swagger or similar)
• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks, TDD, CI, IoC
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server databases
• Deep understanding of Git version control system
• Experience working in Agile development process and good understanding of various phases of Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience in data access technologies and patterns
• Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
• Bonus Skills: Angular
