SkillStorm is seeking a MuleSoft Engineer for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• This MuleSoft Engineer will be part of Payments Technology team. This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. This role codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces. They are familiar with development and testing practices of the bank.
• Build and maintain APIs in Mule
• Integrate Mule services various Payment systems
• Integrate Mule services with Vendor APIs
• Develop technical design documents.
• Build technology solutions, aligning both business and technical considerations.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.

Required Skills:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in MuleESB development
• Ability to Customize, Enhance and Integrate applications
• Develop technical design documents.
• Experience with Rest and SOAP APIs.
• CI/CD experience with Maven, Jenkins
• Participate and guide team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.
• Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
