SkillStorm is seeking a MuleSoft Architect for our client in Jersey City, NJ OR Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

  • MuleSoft Architect's primary role is to work with Dev partners on various Proof of Concepts from simple flows to complex transformations, batch processing and streaming. Architect is expected to prove whether or not a certain requirement can be implemented via Mule in an efficient manner and present any pros and cons. Be able to provide ongoing support to Dev team with challenges related to Mule 4.x. Architect position will be working with the CoE team as well to come up with solutions to containerize APIs and develop microservices and setup guidance and framework for all development teams to follow

Primary Skill:

  • Oracle SQL / PLSQL

Required Skills:

  • Create the high-level design of integration solutions and guide implementation teams on the choice of Mule components and patterns to use in the detailed design and implementation
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration interfaces and implementations
  • Apply standard development methods covering the full development lifecycle (project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support) to ensure solution quality.
  • Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and other operational concerns of integration solutions on Anypoint Platform.
  • Hands-on experience in integration development, testing, and deployment experience
  • Knowledge of API management and micro-services
  • Practical experience in MuleSoft API Development, MuleSoft Flow development, and MuleSoft cloud hub
  • Advanced knowledge in scripting shell/Python and Angular technologies
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and best practices to the solution design process and to other team members
  • Establish and enforce quality standards in designing software architectures and principles.
  • Focus on scalability, maintainability, testability, security, and performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
  • Desired Skills
  • Experience with SQL programming language including writing stored procedures and SQL queries
  • Must have good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Understands concept of session management
