SkillStorm is seeking a Model Developer for our client in Jersey City, NJ OR Charlotte, NC OR Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Job Description:
- The Enterprise Scenario Generation Team is seeking a Model Developer to support development and execution of models used to design and implement Climate Risk Scenarios. Candidate must have an advanced degree (MA/MS or PhD) in a technical field (math, statistics, or economics preferred), relevant work experience building or validating models for risk management, and mature Python and R coding skills. Nice to have experience in time series modelling techniques and/or climate risk analysis.
