Mainframe Java Developer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Mainframe Java Developer for our client in Pennington, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• this position is for an experienced mainframe JAVA developer. Mainframe JAVA experience is an absolute must.
• Good analytical skills and several years experience in developing JAVA application on mainframe. Enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests mainframe JAVA software application that supports critical functionality for Merrill Lynch's brokerage business . Must be good in communication, able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing/challenging environment. Work closely with business partners, analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• JAVA Mainframe experience only
• Brokerage background a plus.
