SkillStorm is seeking a BMC Tools Engineer for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey OR Charlotte, North Carolina OR Richardson, Texas. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The Application Security Automation Architect is responsible for ensuring that the application access model is integrated into all levels of automation used to administer BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) users and roles.
• Of utmost importance is the candidate’s ability to effectively QA/QC solutions to ensure very high levels of production integrity and data validity are maintained.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) at an enterprise level (or equivalent orchestration tool)
• 3+ years of experience integrating applications with Microsoft Windows Active Directory
• 3+ years of PL/SQL programming experience
• 2+ years of web services interface programming experience
• Advanced Oracle RDBMS schema design knowledge
• Proficiency designing integrated data models
• Proven ability to create automation capable of executing complex algorithms and workflows
• Strong Linux system administration and shell scripting capabilities
• Proficiency in at least one interpretive language (PERL, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Proficiency in designing application RBAC models and in-depth knowledge of related security architecture components
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple, diverse groups to gather functional requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
• Formal BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) vendor training
• Experience writing NSH scripting jobs and leveraging the BladeLogic CLI
• Experience working with Red Hat Ansible
• Java programming experience
• Experience working with other BMC enterprise tools such as TrueSight Server Orchestrator, Remedy CMDB and TrueSight Monitoring
