·        The Technical Recruiter is an inside sales role. The expectation is to perform a high volume of outbound calls and be responsible for full life cycle recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and extending of job offers to qualified IT professionals.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        1-2+ years experience in a sales role

·        We encourage top-notch sales-minded entry level and junior level candidates to apply

·        Inside Sales experience a plus

·        Strong business acumen, professionalism and personal integrity

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment

·        Individuals who apply must have the ability to excel in a competitive environment

·        Excellent communication and active listening skills

·        Ability to work independently

·        Be able to generate referrals and recruit and/or gather leads

·        Be able to manage time for optimum productivity and plan ahead for the day

·        Relentless drive for success and a tolerance for rejection

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Through a high volume of outbound calls, source and identify top IT talent

·        Conduct phone screens to ensure qualifications meet requirements

·        Administer skills testing as needed

·        Verify candidates' previous employment through reference calls

·        Maintain and organize a proactive bench of employees for upcoming positions through a high volume of outbound phone calls

·        Utilize resources to attract qualified professionals available for job opportunities

·        Generate referrals for other qualified IT talent

·        Present opportunities to qualified employees

·        Prepare employment agreements, extend job offers, and arrange for pre-employment physical and drug screen, and complete/route new-hire paperwork

·        Conduct routine follow-up meetings with personnel on customer sites/projects

·        Build and maintain professional relationships with workforce

·        Live The Values-Learn and live the company culture and values

·        Learn what it takes to earn the promotion to Account Manager
