Job Description: 

  • Looking for a well-rounded candidate who is self-motivated, a fast learner and is able to drive responsibilities without much direction, interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders. This candidate should also be able to identify and solve complex business problems by defining strategies for target state implementation. They must be able to work under minimal supervision on projects that require creative solutions. The ideal candidate would be a Mid-Level (4-7 years of experience) Project Management Analyst with strong problem solving skills, takes initiative without much direction, and can confidently interface regularly with senior stakeholders & set clear direction. 
  • Team is responsible for Data Management Governance and Strategy within Treasury and is the "think tank" looking at overall strategy to help define the future state of the Treasury Data Management teams, with the added focus on supporting a monthly CFO & Risk Data Council. This routine was established in July and is a mandate from the CFO to track progress against key data objectives across CFO in order to drive synergies, provide transparency, and increase partnership with external stakeholders of the data management community. 


Job responsibilities: 

  • Communicates status to key stakeholders and escalates issues to executive leadership according to defined processes or as needed (executive level storytelling) 
  • Provide Project Management Support to the CFO & Risk Data Council inclusive of setting due dates/action items/owners to drive the material creation for the monthly Council meetings. 
  • Communicated effectively & efficiently by setting clear expectations & providing the appropriate tools / structure to facilitate the multiple handoffs of materials across teams 
  • Applies various process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively execute a scope of work within a project 
  • Produce standardized templates to present updates in a cohesive manner 
  • Maintains a positive attitude, is adaptable to change, able to take constructive feedback, and can build relationships to drive objectives
