SkillStorm is seeking a Data Analyst for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Finance Technology team is looking for an individual to assist in supporting short-term workforce, communication and reporting projects within the COO space. Individual will assist in data analysis, reporting, and coordination across the broader organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the COO/Business Operations function with daily adhoc requests with small projects that may span hours, days or weeks.

Required Skillsets:

• Strong written and oral communication
• Excellent Presentation/PowerPoint skills with the ability to organize data into informational summaries in order to monitor how different areas of a business are performing within the group.
• Strong analytical/Excel skills to explore data and existing reports in order to extract meaningful insights to improve Governance and performance of the teams.
• Strong teamwork skills with an ability to influence and efficiently handle conflicts.
• Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in workstation rollout and basic computer networking a plus.
