Description:

• The Financial Analysis Consultant will be a part of the GBAM ERF TI COO team which acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and focuses on driving initiatives to better lead and manage the GBAM ERF TI portfolio & business priorities. GBAM ERF TI has a global footprint across 20 countries and employs close to 3,000 employees and contractors. Key areas of focus include business strategy and planning, business management reporting, senior management presentations, competitor benchmarking and trend analysis and internal and external communications.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Good relationship building skills and ability to influence others
• Ability to work across and at all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously and find points of intersections and integration across teams
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business acumen
• Demonstrable excellent written & verbal communication; attention to detail is key
• Be a driven team player who will proactively help other teammates when necessary and willing to work as a team and not as an individual
• An ideal candidate has 10+ years of financial and/or general business support experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
