IT Program Manager V (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Program Manager for our client in Richmond, VA, Richardson TX, OR Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Technology Program delivery lead managing cross organizational Not Permitted Technology cycles – planning, remediation, financial and risk management. Work across technology and application teams on development and execution of NPT plans and coordinate upkeep of NPT tracker for plan accuracy. Facilitate bi-lateral communication between technology teams to resolve remediation challenges. Track and report on status against Plans, generating working reports for team members. Identify, elevate and resolve risks to achieving the program’s goals. Outward facing partner to Enterprise NPT Program providing input into tool, data and process improvements. Initiate NPT Exception Process driving for early identification and risk approval for annual NPT carryover

Required Skills:

• Technology Service Delivery leader with experience working across organizational boundaries on complex and high visibility business and technology projects; ability to work in a large matrix organization and drive technical results working with a diverse, virtual team.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills with a keen focus on data excellence and ability to translate data into information that can enable, educate or influence the respective audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to dive into details as well as summarize findings to senior leadership; ability to create and present executive level reports.
• Excellent problem solver with ability to transcend organizational silos to identify and implement solutions.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology products, service delivery, and product lifecycle management.
