IT Program Manager V (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Require a Business Analyst within Compliance Technology to actively participate in and support the end-to-end phases of the software development cycle, and drive strategic work across the development of the Enterprise and LOBs as necessary to deliver and maintain business solutions
• 10+ years’ experience in a business analysis function, with expertise working with different technologies and Lines of Business areas
• Some Project Management and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of Global Markets (5+ years’ experience), financial products (Equity, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, etc) and how they are structured
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, and translating business requirements into solution design proposals utilizing modern UI/UX design principles (Responsive Design, etc.)
• Strong experience in performing and supporting testing as part of various phases/cycles, e.g. QA, UAT, System Integration Testing, including interpreting testing results from modern testing tools (such as Litmus)
• Proficiency and experience in using SQL for data querying and analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with business stakeholders globally
• Domain knowledge in Regulatory Disclosure reporting preferred, but not required
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business users appropriately
• Strong experience working in Agile Scrum methodology
