IT Program Manager IV (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Program Manager for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Work with the Client’s Cloud Services Agile Delivery and Deployment team to maintain the SharePoint, Delivery documentation (User Guides, tooltips, on-boarding instructions, etc.) and support the Delivery team.
• Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.
• Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users
• Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
• Act as an editor to ensure consistency.
• Monitor metrics as well as direct client feedback.

Required Skills:

• Five years of experience in writing complex documentation for technical environments or clients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support, and product management
• Experience working with the following tools preferred: Confluence/JIRA, SharePoint
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Agile Methodology
• Experience with management of Risk, issues and action items
• BA/BS in Technical Communication or related discipline
