IT Customer Service Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an IT Customer Service Analyst for our client in Washington, DC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Overview:

  • This role is responsible for assessing the current system & user experience landscape and developing an approach, as well as content, to address and improve end user needs. The individual will need to develop a project plan, schedule, and approach, collaborate across various populations, and keep their leadership and clients aware of their progress.  The individual will also be responsible for developing marketing and adoption strategies and communications and executing on this front.
