IT Business Analyst V (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision and collaborate with the team to deliver business solutions.
• Work closely with business partners to define process and requirements or strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop high level designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
• Demonstrated analytical and research skills - ability to take initiative, communicate and analyze multi-dimensional stakeholders, draw conclusions, and evaluate business gaps & requirements.
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• A problem solver with a “can do” attitude, consultative approach and client service mentality. Highly organized and numerate.
• Process Analysis, able to document process flows, assess and translate into requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required to communicate and collaborate with multiple business stakeholders in order to interpret business requirements into Epics and Stories
• Past experience of writing Business Requirements in concise detailed user stories
• Constantly looks for ways to improve the interaction with the business and the quality and speed of the requirements gathering and requirements build.
• Experience working knowledge on multiple integration systems and has web based application development experience
• Hands on JIRA experience is MUST experience and have worked in Agile environment, participated in scrum routines.
