SkillStorm is seeking a Technical Analyst / Delivery Manager for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

  • This requisition is for a Technical Analyst/Delivery Manager for a highly visible and mission critical multi-year program. The Technical Analyst/Delivery Manager will function as a key member of the technical team to manage assignments, create and produce key technical artifacts, prioritize and coordinate deliverables across the end to end scope and environments while applying strong leadership and direction to ensure all project commitments are met on time. As Technical Analyst/Delivery Manager, the individual will take ownership for all end to end deliverables associated with this project.
  • The selected candidate will be working closely with multiple Technology, Line of Business (LOB), and vendor teams to ensure that the deliverables are assigned and committed to for delivery. The candidate will be working closely with teams across multiple time-zones in India, Europe, and US/Canada/Mexico.

Skills:

  • Solid application management, deployment and coordination understanding and experience in meeting deliverables on time and within budget
  • Experience with web applications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Strong experience in coordinating the deployment of changes through non-production and production environments
  • Strong coordination of end to end deliverables across a global team
  • Release and deployment planning and execution experience
  • Experience in working with vendor applications where the vendors build, enhance, maintain the applications
  • Experience with planning and implementing software changes and patches
  • Proven work in agile environment within a well-defined software Engineering or Delivery role
  • Positive and entrepreneurial ‘can do’ attitude with desire to make Positive impact
  • Proven Strong collaboration and organizational skills in leading within a matrix-ed work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial processes for US, Canada, Europe)
  • 5 - 7 years technical experience (e.g., Java, SQL development, Oracle, reporting, OS, batch processing)
  • Experience in promoting and enhancing the practice of agile methodology
    Management or Team Lead experience
  • Environment Management, Release Management experience
