Implementation Specialist (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ, OR Richmond, VA. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Position Summary:

  • This is a client implementation role responsible for implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions.
  • Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes.
  • Being an implementation specialist defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans.
  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
  • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Responsible for the client experience end-to-end by influencing business partners across numerous lines of businesses.
  • Responsible for proactive client engagement to enhance existing relationships while driving client delight.
  • Engages in client interactions performing independent analysis of their Treasury Services which includes Scorecards, Documentation Review, Schematics, Analysis Billing, Fraud Prevention, system outages, temperature checks, portfolio reviews, etc.
  • Works with clients and operations to solve complex escalated problems often gathering information to describe and analyze an issue and developing solutions that are outside standard procedures.
  • Promote self-service opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Healthcare experience with understanding of EDI formats (835, 837, 5010, UB04, etc…)
  • Strong understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and claim adjustments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Understanding of Healthcare client posting process. Not the PAS, but the posting process itself.
  • Intermediate understanding of programming logic
  • Basic understanding of FTP connectivity
  • Ability to manage multiple Healthcare projects at one time
  • Ability to interface with key stakeholders internally
  • Comfortable working directly with Senior leadership
  • Ability to interface directly with customer and gather requirements
  • Ability to consulate client in a real-time environment to avoid project delays
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Experience working with technical teams in an agile environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality while also meeting deadlines
  • Have the ability to contribute to a culture of continuous optimization of workflow and processes
