Human Capital Support Officer (Closed)

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 years experience in support of multiple Human Resources activities for the client including but not limited to: On/Off board staff, talent management, non-monetary awards program, etc.
• Assist in Staff Training activities and special NCPC events
• 3 Years Experience at an IC Agency; preferably ODNI
• Engage with Senior level Clients in a sophisticated manner in the Client’s workspaces
• On boarding and off boarding in the front office of NCPC (natl counter proliferation center
• Manage the Awards program
• Transition new hires from DoD to IC
