Functional Analyst (Closed)

Technical Skills:

• Bachelors or equivalent degree required
• Experience in application requirements analysis, design, and testing preferred.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements, and maintains complex business, accounting, and management information systems
• Develops functional designs
• Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product
• Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation
• Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives
• Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures
• May assist users in the operations of the application
• May support Tier 2 help desk activities

LCAT Requirements:
Business Analyst 1
Bachelors or equivalent degree required
