Full Stack Developer / Team Lead (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Full Stack Developer / Team Lead for our client in New York, NY. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The Enterprise Full Stack Developer/Team Lead will be a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology team that is responsible for the development and support of Global Capital Markets technology applications. The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and improvement, within a talented team.
• This role will lead and delivery/development of one or more initiatives. The person will be the primary architect and hands on technology leader. The role is expected to have strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and, have ability to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting of complex issues.

Role Requires:

• At least 2 year of Block chain /DLT experience.
• At least 5 + Year of development experience in Java JDK 8 or greater, Tomcat, Spring, Spring Boot, Shell Scripting, JSON
• Successfully implemented the Blockchain project for Financial industry and is in production
• Experience in implementing Crypto/token/digital asset for corporate financial applications leveraging enterprise blockchain technology stack e.g. Hyperledger BESU
• Experience in developing smart contract by using smart contract languages mainly DAML/Solidity
• Blockchain (internals, not just writing smart contracts) working knowledge and preference will be given to candidates who have working experience in any enterprise blockchain stack e.g. R3, Hyperledger Fabric, Enterprise Ethereum and/or any other enterprise blockchain/DLT/DAML technologies
• Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies, hands on experience of creating design (high & low level) and engineer on variety of technologies and product and experience of architectural styles and design patterns
• Hands on experience of various coding methods and computer languages, Data modelling and database design experience, MicroServices Architecture
• Experience in build and operating a high scalable platforms with significant throughput (?10,000 TPS) and operates ? 99.999% availability with global footprint
• Proficiency with Java JDK 8 or greater, Tomcat, Spring, Spring Boot, Shell Scripting, JSON, Docker, Kubernetes or other container orchestration solutions.
• Expertise in Junit or other automated unit testing frameworks.
• Experience of CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, Source Control Management and working with code in a multi-developer
• Knowledge of cryptography functions incl PKI infrastructure, hashing, encryption, consensus algorithms, virtual machines
• Experience in using SDM tools –, JIRA, Jenkins, BitBucket etc.,
• Defines and evaluates problems and designs effective solutions.
• hands-on design, architecting and development of solutions.
• Very strong communication skills, and ability to interact with senior business partners as well as senior technology management
• Responsible for developing clean and progressively enhanced code for complex enterprise applications
