SkillStorm is seeking a Feature Lead for our client in Jersey City, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated individual contributor to join the Atlas Team as a Feature Lead. Candidate must possess senior level skills with tools/products used in data analysis and a strong understanding of data technologies, such as ETL, Relational databases, and SQL. Must have experience in all aspects of data and software delivery including architecture, requirements refinement, design, analysis, testing, and development of reporting frameworks. Candidate must be able to work in a large organization across multiple teams, demonstrate competency in all phases of software lifecycle and strong expertise in financial markets across all asset classes.
• The role is for an individual contributor to join the Atlas Team as a Feature Lead. In this role they will drive delivery across the ATLAS suite of platforms that deliver key data management capabilities in support of Corporate Treasury Data Management, Global Liquidity Management and Enterprise-wide upstream and downstream systems

Primary Skill:

• Agile tools (Jira)

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of and experience in the financial industry and global financial markets including product expertise (Equities, FX, Derivatives, etc.)
• Experience with standard software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) Agile Scrum
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and driving solutions End To End
• Significant experience in data analysis and creating data mappings, including source, target, and transformations
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills
• Ability to work with change management, developers, technology architects, and program leads

Desired Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of and experience with Treasury functions
• Background working with a broad range of professionals at varying levels of seniority
• Demonstrated leadership and client relationship skills
• Strong professional work ethic, flexible, reliable, can work individually or within a team.
