FDIC ServiceNow Admin (Closed)
Seeking a ServiceNow Operations Administrator for the FDIC ServiceNow Platform Services program on site in Arlington, VA. U.S. Citizenship and background investigation is required; you must have a current clean financial background.
Required Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high value solutions with a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with one or more ServiceNow product suites with direct experience implementing for user bases greater than 1,000 users.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, data integrity, platform updates, new configurations, applications and integrations.
• Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling).
• Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles applying automated CI/CD practices.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and other off premise cloud services such as Salesforce, and between other on-premise FDIC systems. Micro certification in Integration Hub recommended.
Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management.
