Executive Assistant (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking an Executive Assistant for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Position Summary:
- Provide executive administrative support to the Merchant Services Technology team within GT&O. This job entails a variety of tasks, including managing the leader’s calendars and ensuring she is prepared for various meetings. The ability to anticipate the needs of the executive is critical in this role. This position requires the ability to operate in an environment where they can manage sensitive and confidential information with judgment, tact, and the highest level of integrity. The candidate must be highly organized, take initiative to work independently and multi-task (without remote-work distractions), and prioritize requests from the executive. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail are key. Self-starter, proactive, and flexible with ability to handle a dynamic operating environment. The candidate must have proficiency with MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx. Advanced administrative and analytical skills preferred. Familiarity with Client processes, structure and enterprise tools is a plus.
Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:
- Calendar management (Outlook)
- Travel scheduling (Concur / Corporate Travel Services)
- Expense report preparation (Concur)
- Onboarding assistance for new resources (ordering bank devices)
- Meeting set up / Agenda preparation
- Communicating and interacting with all levels of the team as well as across business functions, finance, and technology
