DevOps / Middleware Engineer (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking a DevOps / Middleware Engineer for our client in Seattle, WA. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Job Description:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with senior leaders, internal and external partners

- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced and often challenging work environment
- 3+ years of strong experience with Middleware including WebSphere, JBOSS and Apache
- 3+ years working in a DevOps/Environment Support role or comparable team
- Deep experience with CI/CD and environment support in a large corporate environment
- Strong experience with Configuration Management tools Jenkins and Ansible Playbooks with YAML
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines for Java applications
- Highly proficient with SCM tools Perforce and Bitbucket
- Java development / micro-services experience
- IBM Urban Code UBuild/UDeploy Stack knowledge (migrating away from this but still on it)
- Artifactory JFrog experience
- Automation + Linux shell scripting experience
- Bladelogic and AutoSys Automation Tool experience
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype)
- Highly organized and capable of simultaneously dealing with multiple projects and teams
- Bitbucket admin experience
- WebSphere Admin Console Management
- Bank of America eCommerce domain knowledge
- Agile development experience
- SQL proficiency
