DevOps Engineer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a DevOps Engineer for our client in Addison, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• This role is specifically required to help in increasing DevOps penetration into existing applications under SDM SDLC onboarding program. An expert is needed with CICD skills like GIT-BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Mavin, Datical, Liquibase skills to integrate scripts from UFT and selenium into build deploy tools in order to intake and complete committed work of onboarding these applications to SDLC automation.

Required Skills:

• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management
• Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
• Database automation for both SQL and Oracle
• Handle code deployments in all environments
• Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
• Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations
• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards
• Manage CI and CD tools with team
• Document and design various processes; update existing processes
• Improve infrastructure development and application development
• Follow all best practices and procedures as established by company
