DevOps Engineer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a DevOps Engineer for our client in Pennington, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The DevOps Engineer will support daily SDLC support activities in alignment with an internal Client applications.
• Daily support of tickets from end users for SDLC automation
• Jenkins/Cloudbees- Configuration and Administration and integrating these tools with other systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues in Ansible Tower with end users
• Troubleshoot complex issues with Bitbucket with end users
• Create and manage Jira workflows
• Troubleshoot Jenkins pipeline configurations
• Troubleshoot build and deploy failures, and facilitate resolution
• Improve speed, efficiency and scalability of the user support
• Communicate status frequently to product teams and engineering program managers.
• Document any new process or update an existing wiki page

Technical Skills:

• Jenkins Continuous Integration Server- Configuration, Design and Administration and integrating these tools with other system
• Support of Bitbucket
• Support of Ansible Tower
• Experience with CI/CD

Soft Skills:

• Team player that likes to work closely with Support, Development, and Engineering groups.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively across various business and technical groups.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
