Technical Skills:

Certification Required: 

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification or the AWS Certified Networking Specialty

At a minimum, individual should possess 2 years of experience in a DevOps role an AWS environment

1. The AWS Cloud Environment at the SEC (ACES) organization, organizational units, ACES AWS accounts and proper account placement within the organizational unit structure
2. Continuous Integration / Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipeline
3. Backup and recovery
4. AWS Service Catalog and integration coordination with Service Now
5. ADFS integration
6. AWS Active Directory (AD) Connectors and AWS Systems Manager automation documents for AD domain joining
7. Patching
8. EC2 image management and distribution
9. Logging and auditing configuration and delivery
10. AWS Direct Connect and VPN connectivity between ACES, SEC and other approved networks.
11. Connectivity and routing between ACES AWS Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) and other approved networks.
12. Domain Name System (DNS) and integration with on-premises systems.
13. IP address space assignment.
14. Network capacity monitoring and planning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading design and creating a highly efficient, metrics-driven, DevOps working model
• Develops automated operations and is responsible for the design, development and support of all non-security & compliance services.
• Operational activities not automated by DevOps must be manually or semi-automatically operated by DevOps.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
