Job Description:
- Global Banking Data & Analytics Technology within Global Banking seeks a candidate to manage Data Incident Process remediation program (Formerly known as EDIM program) End-to-End as a project manager. The ideal candidate must have strong project/program management skills as well as strong data skills. Must have interpersonal skills with a proven track record of interacting with different groups and various levels of a large organization. This role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices. Accountable for team/program level resource and financial management; builds and maintains teams through talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Manage data incident management program (Formerly known as EDIM program)
- Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, workgroup meetings, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
- Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage the financials and assist with resource planning for the program.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
- At least 10+ years of Data Project/Delivery experience.
- E2E Program / Project Management experience.
- Estimation and forecasting experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile PI Planning, feature alignment to Initiative.
- Experience with intake, prioritization, and steering committee status updates.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in business, technology, finance teams.
- External team and release train engagement experience.
- Experience working on tools such as Jira/Confluence/Wiki, Sharepoint, Advanced Excel skills, Microsoft Project
- Program/Project Reporting and delivery prioritization and risk management experience.
Desired Skills:
- Agile portfolio management experience.
- Data project/product management experience/certification.
- Data modeling and warehousing experience.
- Technical background in Data, ETL, Databases
- Experience working for Banking and financial services.
- Working on RAFT, PPRT, PCM and or other project management tools
- Data Management and Governance experience.
