Delivery Lead (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Delivery Lead for our client in Charlotte, NC OR Plano, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Project delivery lead responsible to lead and manage the Intake/Dispatch function and process for Financial Center Technology.
• Manage sharepoint requests and Nexus requests for project work related to the 40+ Financial Center applications. Includes both initiative and base funding requests.
• Facilitate weekly dispatch meetings (initiative and base)
• Enter and track requests in Jira
• Collect estimates/sizing from impacted applications and provide email response to requester
• Work with application teams to ensure timely receipt of estimates
• Work with requesters to provide assistance, as needed, support follow-up questions, ensure funding approval is received, and work with portfolio managers to align resources
• Experience with Client Change and Project Management tools and processes
• Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, resource allocations, timelines and support needed from them.

Required Skills:

• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA
• Strong written skills and experienced in excel, power point, sharepoint
• 3+ years of project/program management support experience, knowledge of software development lifecycle, and knowledge of Agile delivery principles
