SkillStorm is seeking a Delivery Lead for our client in Jersey City, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

  • Employee Digital Support Strategy –Knowledge Management & Learning is seeking a Delivery Lead that will act as content writer and trainer in support of employees across the Bank. Focus will be on the Employee Experience related to technology products and services used by everyone to promote digital adoption (self service capabilities) through learning sessions, videos and articles. All content is managed in the Knowledge Management System of record (ITSM Remedy & KMS Lighthouse).

Required Skills:

  • Coordinate, prepare and create technical training documentation to targeted personnel.
  • Coordinate, prepare and produce videos to simplify employee experience for use of Tech applications
  • Maintain and manage all content in Knowledge Systems
  • Facilitate technology learning sessions for employees across multiple products
  • Work closely with other content writers and instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques
  • Manage the technology training schedule in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements & Quality Knowledge Management System.
  • Work closely with product owners and support experts to simplify content
  • Essential Skills
  • Tech Support experience (Service Desk or other)
  • Win 10
  • MS Office or M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
  • HTML (templates and tables)

  • Adobe Creative Suite & Captivate
