SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC OR Atlanta, GA OR Addison, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Supports End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with various project management tools. Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

• Plan and coordinate to ensure portfolio deliverables are aligned to bank releases Manage multiple applications/deliverables Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on). Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Support resource planning for delivery/execution.
