SkillStorm is seeking a Data Scientist for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Seeking a Data Scientist for the Automation and Innovation Team.

Required Skills:

• Earned a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, math, physics, or another related field
• Earned a master's degree in data or related field
• Certifications for Azure to include some of the following: AZ-204 or AZ-204, AZ-304 or AZ-300, DP-100 or DP-200
• The Azure Data Scientist applies their knowledge of data science and machine learning to implement and run machine learning workloads on Azure; in particular, using Azure Machine Learning Service.
• Experience in Scala
• Experience in statistical techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, natural language processing, feature engineering, etc.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience with GEP SMART ML/AI solutions. (Nice to Have)
• Experience with the Client’s MRM requirements (Nice to Have)
