SkillStorm is seeking a Data Analyst for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Data Services team is a geographically dispersed technology group focused on creating and maintaining test data within the DSST organization. The associate will be responsible for coordinating projects related to Production and Lower Lane test data, and will have exposure to all applications within CSWT in providing their test data requirement. The associate will partner with testers in providing all their test data need. The associate will also make sure we are following a risk-free process while maintaining Production test data. Flexibility in responding to process changes is very necessary. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants

Required Skills:

• Experience with Data Management
• Excellent follow-through
• Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution
• Data Security/Compliance experience – understand Data type definitions and controls mechanisms
• Strong Microsoft Office skills- Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Project and SQL experience
• Strong executive presence and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to perform and excel in a matrix environment
• Experience with SDLC and LEAN Agile Development methodologies, Test Automation, Test Data Automation
• Must be highly motivated and assertive
• Strong project management skills
• Be proactive, well organized and results-oriented
• Be able to manage multiple resources to ensure completion of quality deliverables Must have ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment
• Ability to think out of box and provide innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and drive E2E ownership of tasks
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A strong track record of delivery and supporting successful implementations.
